CHERRY update


CHERRY update
The cherry sprout is now protected by plastic from those small black dirt flies. There were a lot of flies in the soil, so I covered the soil with plastic and the flies are dead now because I don't see them anymore. I also put plastic above the cherry sprout to give it more moisture so it can grow better, so it now has a greenhouse effect going on!:) The stem of the cherry sprout is growing taller. It has two small leaves growing under its bigger leaves as you can see in the picture below:



In this image below, the plastic is opened under the cherry sprout because that is where I give it water. After giving the cherry sprout water, I always close the plastic around the stem of the cherry sprout so the flies stay away from the plant:


And in this image below, you can see how protected my cherry sprout is now, with two layers of plastic for protection(plastic covering the dirt and plastic above the plant to give it more moisture):

Update on citrus trees!

                                                                    6 citrus trees I moved three older citrus trees outside because they were starting to get unhealthy.
