Peach seed sprout!
So this is what a peach sprout will look like!
It has a green stem with skinny pointed leaves growing from it.
The seed of this sprout was put in the fridge in a damp paper towel with water and a small percentage of hydrogen peroxide. I took off the peach skin of the seed after the skin softened from being in the damp paper towel. After about a month of being in the fridge in the damp paper towel, the seed began to split in half. That is when I placed it in the normal potting soil. Soon after putting the seed in the soil, the seed grew a sprout!
So that is my experience with growing a peach sprout from seed. This seed also came from a peach tree from my Grandmother's yard.
