Update on date trees and avocado trees!!!

Date trees
This is my first time growing date trees so I didn't realize what was really happening to their leaves right away. 8 out of 10 of the date trees' leaves are splitting apart and fanning out by turning into multiple leaves, as you can see in the images below:

A lot of the leaves on this date tree below have already split apart completely:

This is another date tree below that has split a lot of its leaves:

This date tree below is in the process of splitting its leaves apart and fanning out:

This date tree below has some leaves that have split apart:

4 avocado trees
This is the tallest avocado tree below, with two long branches at the top. You can see the leaves have been eaten a lot. I should have sprayed it. You can also see that one of its leaves has been burnt from the Utah sun, which is very strong. I think being inside will help it grow better, if it gets enough sunlight:

This is the second tallest avocado tree below and it has grown so tall. You can also see its leaves have been eaten up:

This is my newest avocado tree which is healthy and green:)

This is the short stubby avocado tree that I have and it is growing healthy and coming out of its stubbiness by growing taller:
