Update on the germinated honey mesquite tree!
Honey Mesquite Tree
The stem grew taller and I assume the white root is continuing to grow longer in the soil. The leaves opened up and there is a new stem or leaves growing in the middle as you can see in the image below.
I have a feeling this honey mesquite tree will grow as slow as the citrus trees I am growing.
I water the tree whenever the dirt looks dried out.
I keep it under a grow light all day,
and at night, I take it upstairs where it is warmer because it is a desert plant.
