UPDATE on heirloom plum melons!!!

HEIRLOOM PLUM MELONS
I picked the last of the heirloom plum melons. I also collected seeds from them. I now have plenty of seeds to grow more heirloom plum melons next year:)

The weather at night froze the heirloom plum melons, so I decided to pick all of the heirloom plum melons so they wouldn't turn to mush, even if some of them were picked really young and little, as you can see in the image below:

The heirloom plum melons carried healthy seeds, even if they were picked earlier than I had hoped:


I scooped the seeds out, cleaned them, then dried them to save for next year:

4  new honey mesquite trees                    3 of the 4 honey mesquite trees are growing fast, as you can see in the images below. They’re already tall and have lots of leaves and thorns.
