Update on 6 pomegranate trees!

Image
6 pomegranate trees I’m air pruning my pomegranate trees so that’s why they are growing in a container with holes in it and a cloth bag. I’m hoping it will help them grow really well, after losing a lot of their leaves and going through a hard adjustment outside.  I’ve learned that it is better to place pomegranate trees in some shade when you first bring them outside so that their leaves don’t burn so badly from the sun: Thank you for viewing!

The third one has two cute leaves now.  And the fourth avocado tree is dying but also trying to grow new leaves at the same time: First avocado tree: Second avocado tree: Third avocado tree: Fourth avocado tree:

Update on 7 date trees and 3 grapefruit trees!

Image
7 date trees I’m air pruning my date trees now which is why they are growing in containers with holes and cloth bags in them, as you can see in the images below.  I have learned that it isn't a good idea to place date trees in full sun when they first go outside after being inside all winter long because the sun is too strong for them. It's better to place the date trees in some shade. Also, it's better to wait until the weather is warmer, like in the 60's at night to bring the date trees outside.      3 grapefruit citrus trees  Two of the grapefruit trees already have  new leaves and one of them is dying, as you can see in the images below: Thank you for viewing!

Update on 3 new apricot trees!!!

Image
3 new apricot trees Three apricot seeds germinated, and so I planted them in soil so they could continue to grow. One of the apricot trees has popped out of the ground and it has an red stem with new leaves growing as you can see in the images below.  I also wanted to add how easy it is to germinate apricot seeds. When I first started out germinating apricot seeds it took a while. But this time when I germinated apricot seeds I was able to get them to germinate very fast. I placed the seeds in damp paper towel in a ziplock bag in the fridge for only a week or so and then I put them in a dark warm place where they finally germinated not too much later. Update on pomegranate trees!

Image
6 pomegranate trees I thought my pomegranate trees were going to die after I brought them outside because it was a hard transition for them, but I was wrong. They are growing new leaves now, except for on one pomegranate tree which has no leaves at all, as you can see in one of the images below: Thank you for viewing!

6 honey mesquite trees!

Image
6 honey mesquite trees There are three new honey mesquite trees I’ve germinated, and they started growing outside which I believe is why they are growing so thick and strong, as you can see in 3 of the images below. My older 3 honey mesquite trees which I began growing inside have been outside for 2-3 weeks now. They had a rough beginning outside and one of them is broken. They are alive though and hopefully they will continue to adjust to being outside and stay alive:
